Mallorie Sanders

My name is Mallorie Sanders (she, her, hers) and I am a proud advocate and champion for all! I am a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) professional with 8 years of experience specializing in creating an inclusive and innovative world through the power of sports!

Throughout my career journey I have had the pleasure of teaching through Teach For America, attending the University of Oklahoma for a Masters in Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice, leading DEI & employee engagement efforts in both the sports and non-profit space, worked for two NFL teams, am a member of Front Office Sports Rising 25 Class of 2022, and part of Black Sports Business Symposium Winning 10 Class of 2023. Currently I am the Manager of DEI for the Chicago Bears, Board Member for WISE - Chicago, and VP of Black Sports Professionals (BSP) - Chicago.

I find joy in creating inclusive solutions to complex problems, and creating inclusive experiences for complex people. This passion was prompted from witnessing the addition of seats to the figurative table has not proven to be enough. It is time to create innovative ways to ensure a new “table” is built and has room and access for everyone. This is the main reason I am so excited to be a career coach!
