A Bit About Me
Gregg Schwartz has over 17 years of experience in the sports industry. He began his sports career in production and journalism before shifting to public relations with the New York Jets in 2007. He joined the New York Knicks communications team in 2008 and quickly ascended the departmental ladder over 16 seasons, traveling with the team on a full-time basis for 12 years as director (2013-2019) and most recently vice president (2019-2023). Gregg served as the team's primary spokesperson and point of contact for all local, national and international media, as well as a key confidant for senior management, basketball operations, the athletes and their representatives. Gregg also played an integral part in content creation for both Knicks digital and MSG Network, winning a NY Sports Emmy in 2017. He's currently the director of public relations at American Dream, a 3-million square foot retail, dining and entertainment center in East Rutherford, NJ.
